Terms of Purchase

Each series is a one payment purchase. It is never a subscription. Once paid, the series is yours: ninety daily emails and lifelong access to every reflection in your account, even after the ninety days end.

The 2-Series Membership is a monthly subscription. You choose two series when you join and keep them for as long as you are a member. You may cancel at any time; there is no lock-in. When a membership ends, access to membership series ends with it. Series bought individually are always yours.

Membership includes ten per cent off retreat bookings, for the member's own bookings only, and a personal answer from Mizi to one question every two weeks.

A gift purchase delivers the series to the recipient you name, starting on the date you choose. If the gift email cannot reach them, write to us and we will put it right.

A retreat place is confirmed only after payment. Your place is held for fifteen minutes while you complete payment. Each retreat page states its own refund policy, and that policy applies to your booking. Room and dietary preferences are noted carefully but are subject to availability.

Retreats involve travel and group activities. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, travel insurance and fitness to take part. Health notes you share are used only to care for you during the retreat.

If something goes wrong with a purchase, write to mizi@miziwahid.com and we will sort it out fairly and quickly. Refunded purchases remove access to the series concerned.

The comment spaces are for encouragement and honest reflection. We remove anything unkind, and repeat unkindness loses access to the community. No refund is due in that case.

The series and retreats offer spiritual reflection and companionship. They are not medical, psychological or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care.
