About you
In case of emergency

Someone we can reach if we ever need to. Only used if something goes wrong.

Your complimentary series

Choose one 90-day email series as our gift with your retreat. It opens in your account once your booking is paid.

Your seat is held for 15 minutes while you pay. One payment, all-in, with a plain-English refund policy.

Before you decide

The part of you reading this far is already ready.

Nobody scrolls to the bottom of a retreat page by accident. You are here because something you have been carrying has become heavier than the fear of putting it down. That is not indecision. That is the beginning of letting go.

Four days costs you four days. Waiting costs you another season of the same weight, the same loop, the same 3am conversation with yourself. The attachment will still be there next month. The only question is whether you will still be carrying it alone.

This room is kept small on purpose, because this work does not happen in a crowd. You will be seen, heard and coached personally, and you will leave with people who know exactly what you put down, because they put theirs down beside you.

And you are not risking anything to find out. The refund policy is written in plain English, your seat is held while you decide, and your complimentary 90-day series begins the morning after you book, so the work starts long before the plane does.

Before you come

The environment

Halal meals throughout. Prayer times are protected in the schedule, with a quiet space set aside for prayer. The venue is alcohol-free, and modesty is considered in every activity.

What to pack

Comfortable, modest clothing for sitting and walking, a light layer for cool evenings, a prayer mat if you prefer your own, and a notebook. Everything else is provided.

Phones and Wi-Fi

There is Wi-Fi at the venue. During sessions we ask that phones are put away, so the room can stay present.

What is not included

Your flight, travel insurance, and anything personal such as spa treatments or shopping. Everything else on the retreat is covered.

Health and insurance

The retreat is a space for reflection and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Some days include walking and stairs, so please tell us about anything we should know. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Questions

Why this group size?

Up to 24 people, in circles of eight. Letting go is confessional work, and it only works in circles of eight where everyone speaks and nobody hides. All circles are held by Mizi. If a date is full, join the waiting list; we'd rather open another run than widen the room.

Who is this for?

Anyone carrying one thing they cannot put down: a person, a loss, an outcome, a fear. You'll be asked to name it on the first evening and you'll leave it in a letter on the last morning. If you have read The Art of Letting God and are still carrying it, this is the room.

Terms and refunds

Refund policy

Full refund up to 45 days before the retreat. Between 45 and 21 days, 50 percent, or transfer your seat to any future run at no cost. Inside 21 days, seat transfer only. If Mizi cannot run the retreat, you receive a full refund.

The Art of Letting God

It was never all yours to carry.
